  1. Scope of the problem:

In 1990 I had an adventure with a women in Oregon never gat married.

Born a child and is register under the mother?s name, this women ask

for assistance to the state and say that someone else is the father,

later on she change the history and say is mine. The state decide tat

I was the father, no DNA test and say I will pay $96.00 Dls. Few years

later the women go back to the state and ask for a revision implanting

restrainer orders for 5 year consecutives, at the end of the trial they

managed to get an arrest order trough a letter that they sent to her

house under my name. The state intercepts my wages with a total of $750

Dolls. suspend my license and mess my credit.

I moved to Tijuana Mexico and gat married and work in the San Diego area

crossing every day the border, for few years was ok, but one day they

start intercepting my wages again and my bank account, I move to an other

job, and they follow me, I continued doing this for about 8 jobs. Finally

they stop. OR state gives the case to CA State, but CA didn?t persecute

me because I lived in Mexico. The women moved to another state and start

collecting in WA, ID and MT according to Emigration, they tell me one

of the times I was detained for the arrest order from OR, They let me go

every time because CA don?t have a extradition programs to OR. Any way

they say that I have pendent in that states, the only thing I can think

is that that woman used my name to get child support.

Last few weeks I found in my PO Box letters from CA State, seems that they

will take the case after four years. CA state say that the women ask to

reopen the case but we have a small problem according with some family

member the women pass away few months ago. The child change her name doesn?t

know the reason and live in others state since last ten years or more. So

I don?t understand why OR state wants my money after the women abandoned

this state, (they want over 60K.+9% Interest) Or maybe someone else is

    collecting money under that name.

The case is that CA wants $ 650, this amount is to high I was making $ 14 Dolls

when OR state imposed me to pay $ 750 Dolls I never see that in CA. The OR

state let happen the Restrainer Orders, for many years, intercept my wages,

suspend my license, mess my credit and take away my passport, under that

conditions no one is father, now I had the doubt of if I?m really the father

but what if I don?t in any case the paternity is gone the child is now an

    adult, the mother don?t exist.

Is something we can do in this case, I still crossing every day the border to

go to work, have 2 sons? I like to fix this situation to have a better life

I can not give my money away my own family needs that money.

    Thank you for you time

Francisco Chairez OR state use Sanchez?
